Welcome to the Dentista Smile Gallery. All of the photos you see are from Dr Carla's own work as a dentist in Morley and Noranda. Many of the cases involve combinations of treatment, such as crowns, veneers, bridges, white fillings, root canals, extractions, implants, bone grafting and soft tissue grafting. Crowns and Implant Bridge
This wonderful woman had a full mouth transformation!
To begin with Dr Carla stabilised her teeth with fillings, root canals, and cleaning. She then had her teeth straightened with braces by a specialist orthodontist.
Once the teeth were in the right positions, implants were placed by a gum specialist. Dr Carla then used porcelain crowns and to correct the shapes and strengthen the front teeth which had large white fillings. She then placed a 3 unit bridge on the two implants placed by the gum specialist.
This was a truly amazing result to match an amazing patient!

This amazing lady in her 70's lost these teeth to failed root canal treatment. Dr Carla placed two dental implants to restore her smile and ability to chew. The implants look and feel like real teeth!

This wonderful patient had two implants placed by another dentist, and Dr Carla put a 3 unit bridge on the implants. This allowed her a fixed solution to replace her missing front teeth so she did not have to have a removable denture anymore!
Dr Carla then used porcelain veneers to lighten the teeth, which had dark staining from tertacycline (antibiotic) use when the teeth were growing.

This gorgeous young woman requested a lightening of her teeth for an up coming special occasion!

White Fillings
After having braces to align her teeth, this patient requested to have the smaller teeth next to her front teeth enlarged. Dr Carla used white fillings to achieve this subtle yet beautiful result.
Enlarging the teeth makes the smile more beautiful by closing the gaps and making the teeth more proportional. No drilling or shaving to the natural teeth was required at all!

Veneers
Veneers to repair and strengthen the two front teeth which had been yellowing and chipping. The damage was caused to the front teeth by a whitening home rememdy of scrubbing the teeth with gumption! These natural veneers enhance this beautiful patient's smile! And please seek professional advice for bleaching to avoid damaging your teeth!

This lively woman requested to improve the look of her front teeth, which were heavily built up with white fillings. The old white fillings had started to stain and deteriorate and the shapes could be improved.

Implant Bridge
A trauma cracked this lovely patient's front teeth and left him in a lot of pain. As a result of the cracks, the 2 teeth supporting his bridge needed to be removed.
Dr Carla placed two imediate implants with bone grafting and soft tissue grafting, and then restored him to funtion with a 3 unit bridge. A lovely outcome for a lovely man!

Zoom! In-Chair Whitening
Another wow result from the Zoom! in chair whitening. This fabulous woman hd been bothered by her yellow front teeth.
She achieved this great reult with minimal sensitivity after one session with Zoom!

Single Tooth Implant
This cool patient fractured his tooth below the gum line from excessive grinding and clenching while he was asleep. The fractured tooth was removed and the bare gum was bothersome for the patient as it was getting traumatised by food.
Dr Carla placed an implant and a bone graft and restored function for this patient. He protects the rest of his teeth, and his implant with a night guard.

This vivacious woman's smile distracted from her full of life personality!
Dr Carla corected the crooked front tooth and the uneven colouring of the other front tooth with porcelain crowns. She then used porcelain veneers to blend the arch form of the teeth either side.
The result is a beautiful, strong set of natural looking teeth that enhance her smile!
